Our Philosophy
Our Dance Centre’s philosophy is simple, to have fun whilst learning to do something you love.
We like to encourage each student to their very best effort, and to give, in return, the care and attention each student deserves. All students can experience the joy of dance and the benefits of disciplining the mind and body that this art form requires. Our primary goal is for the development of our students, their dance career, and the enrichment that comes from studying dance. Our family-oriented, positive atmosphere builds self-esteem and the love of this cherished art form.
We want you to get the best out of your classes and lessons by learning the most up to date technique and choreography. All our teachers are fully qualified with the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and encouraged to keep up with the dance industry by attending lecture days and seminars.
All we ask in return is that you enjoy yourself.

Our studio in Spring Crescent, Portswood has been a popular dance school since the 1930s. It has been extensively modernised but with lots of character enhancing features retained from the original building. In January 2013 the studio was given a makeover and now has air conditioning, a licensed bar and dance accessory store.
Our fully qualified team of dedicated professionals are ready and waiting to welcome you into our family of enthusiastic dancers.
